Meet the Author
Growing up on our family farm in Burley, Idaho, I discovered early that the most magical childhood moments happen in the simplest places – under the glow of a barnyard light, in the warmth of a family kitchen, or curled up with a beloved book.
As a proud fourth-generation Idahoan, mother of 40 years, and grandmother of 16 years, I've witnessed how these precious moments shape not just childhood, but entire lives.
In today's world of endless screens and constant connectivity, I see parents search for ways to create the kind of wholesome, wonder-filled childhood they remember. That's why I founded Gona's Reading Ranch – to help families discover the magic that happens when we unplug, imagine, and connect through stories that matter.
